Shock damper to improve ride comfort of the appliance of the car

Shock damper is to accelerate the frame and body vibration attenuation to improve ride comfort of the appliance of the car, most cars within the suspension system equipped with shock absorbers.The size of the shock absorber damping force with the frame and axle (or wheel) the relative increase or decrease the speed of the increase or decrease,and the oil viscosity is related.It works when the frame and axle relative reciprocating motion,while the piston reciprocates in the cylinder,the oil inside the shock absorber flows back and forth across the narrow pore through the valve in two isolated cavity ,due to the friction and friction within the liquid molecules of the cell walls and the oil is formed between the damping force,so that the body vibration of mechanical energy into heat energy absorbed by the oil and housing, then scattered into the atmosphere.When jumping on the wheel,the shock absorber feed controller is compressed,the piston relative to the cylinder down, so the lower chamber of the cylinder to reduce the volume, oil temperature,oil flow into the upper chamber of the cylinder through the circulation valve.
